After the intial planting, success of a windbreak depends mainly on adequate water, weed and pest control.  The Gooding Soil Conservation is pleased to make " Tree Max" and the impliment to lay it, available to the public.  "Tree Mulch" is black polypropylene, 8 mils thick, ultra-violet resistant, water permeable, with a 5 year warranty.
